Unknown to most people, sitting for long periods (sedentary lifestyle) is a horrible habit that is extremely bad for the health.
While Gaming or evening just using the computer you should be taking at least 5 minutes break
every hour to stretch, walk around and rest those eyes/ears, the longer the better.
Hint: Don't have everything in your gaming lair, ensure you have to get up and move around.
