- Raw Almonds (With or without skin)
- Water (Filtered preferred)
- Container (or Bowl)
- Soaking Time: 8 hours
(Can leave overnight)
- Put Almonds into container
- Pour in enough water to soak all Almonds
- Leave soak for 8 hours or overnight
- Drain water and snack on during the day
- Add a pinch of Cinnamon for added sweetness
