- Raw Almonds (With or without skin)
- Water (Filtered preferred)
- Container (or Bowl)
- Soaking Time: 8 hours
(Can leave overnight)

Instructions:

  1. Put Almonds into container
  2. Pour in enough water to soak all Almonds
  3. Leave soak for 8 hours or overnight
  4. Drain water and snack on during the day

Optional Additives:
- Add a pinch of Cinnamon for added sweetness
