Yoga is a physical, mental, and for many also a spiritual discipline.
This is done through practicing of a range of postures, breathing,
relaxation and meditation. This creates harmony in yourself, has great
detoxing effects and helps strengthen your core.
No mater your gender, age or fitness level, you should consider Yoga.
Although, always check with your doctor if you have any concerns or a
pre-existing medical condition. Yoga is non-competitive and will benefit
you in many ways including:

Gaming is very much a state of mind and body. You need both to play harmoniously together for the best gaming experience. In Yoga you need focus, as in a game there is much eye candy that can distract you from your ultimate goal.
Things to know:
Wear clothes that are comfortable and allow ease of movement.
- No Shoes
Shoes are not worn in the class.
- Food Consumption
Do not eat 2 hours prior to a yoga class.
Bring water Yoga and also ensure you hydrate before and after.
You will need a mat, towel and water bottle.
Only bring the essentials into Yoga, free your mind from your attachments.
Be aware of your breathing, and use it as a means to relax.
- No Comparing
Focus on yourself and do not compare with other participants.
Clear your mind from thought.
Be on time, you may not be let in if late.
- Injured or Medical conditions
Let your teacher know of any injuries or medical conditions you may have.
It is recommended that females who are menstruating to avoid inverted poses and careful not to over exert their body.
If pregnant, check with your doctor prior to doing Yoga.
