  • 1 cup of Dates (soaked for 1 hour in hot water then pitted)
  • 1 cup of Walnuts
  • 100g of Cranberries (if dried soak for 1 hour)
  • 50g Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 Cup of Shredded Coconut

  1. Soak dates (and cranberries if dried) for 1 hour in hot water, then take seeds out if any.
  2. Blend the Walnuts and Cocoa powder together in a food processor (Have Blender? see notes below)
  3. Add the Dates and Cranberries to the walnuts mixture and blend together until dates are well combined
  4. Put Shredded Coconut into a bowl
  5. Using a small spoon, scoop out a spoon sized amount from the mixture and place into the Coconut
  6. Roll mixture until covered in coconut then place on a plate, repeat spooning and rolling until all mixture is finished.
  7. Place plate of balls into fridge, Ready for Gaming Snacks.

  • Using a Food processor is best, although if you only have a blender you will need to add some liquid for it to blend well. You may find the mixture runny doing it this way, so blend extra Walnuts and put them aside before adding he dates. This way you can add the extra walnuts at the end to make the balls firmer.
